Role Overview:We are seeking a Gas Safe Registered Engineer (LPG) with expertise in servicing and repairing heating systems in caravans and motorhomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, physical fitness for demanding technical tasks, and the ability to work in confined spaces. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to work in a dynamic industry with room for growth and development within a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure customers receive the highest standard of service and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to manage workloads and maintain service excellence.
  • Follow a weekly calendar of scheduled jobs in SAP to diagnose faults, carry out repairs, servicing, and winterizing of caravan and motorhome heating systems.
  • Complete detailed service reports for every job worked.
  • Process returned goods, including inspection, testing, and completion of returns forms.
  • Ensure stock is removed, accounted for, and correctly recorded.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service bay, ensuring tools are secured and properly maintained.
  • Work in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO14001:2015 standards.

Requirements:

  • Gas Safe registered engineer for LPG on boats and leisure vehicles, or hold a valid STGW certification.
  • Current UK driving license is essential (C or C1 driving licence).
  • Must be available to work some weekends at industry exhibitions, rallies, and owners' club events throughout the year.
  • Must be physically fit to perform demanding tasks, including stretching, bending, squatting, and reaching, in confined spaces.
