In this role, you'll play a crucial part in assisting the financial aspects of logistics operations, ensuring that all accounts are accurate, up-to-date, and in line with business objectives. This role is 30 hours per week and offers flexible working hours. Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage invoices, payments, and account reconciliations for logistics transactions.
  • Handle queries related to invoices and accounts, liaising with customers as needed.
  • Prepare reports and financial statements relevant to logistics operations.
  • Monitor and manage discrepancies in accounts, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Support the logistics and finance teams with general administrative tasks.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in accounts administration, preferably within a logistics or supply chain environment.
  • Strong numeracy skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • High levels of organisation, able to work to deadlines.
