Automotive Service Manager required in Wellingborough
Up to £40,000 basic + OTE of £12,000
Monday to Friday - no weekends
Our client has an exciting opportunity to join, and lead its busy Service department and push their already successful team further forward. The business has been well-established in area for over 40 years and can offer a great working environment alongside stability and longevity.
Key Responsibilities/Skills:
- Oversee and grow team performance across the service side of the business
- Work to KPI’s in relation to the department and budgets
- Undertake financial and budgetary requirements of the role
- Ensure manufacturer, and dealership standards are met in relation to customer service and satisfaction

You must possess previous experience leading a busy Franchised Department alongside a customer-centric ethos, looking after new and return customers.
