We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Multiskilled Engineer based in Rushden to join to one of our clients on a full-time permanent basis. Our client are well-established with over 20 years’ experience in the cutting machinery industry.
Responsibilities of theMultiskilled Engineer
- Fault finding and reactive maintenance.
- Assist in building cutting machines.
- Reading Electrical drawings.
- 70% Electrical 30% Mechanical.
- Repair and rebuild older cutting machines.
- Work on and repair new machines.
- Assembly/Fitting.
Requirements for a successfulMultiskilled Engineer
- Minimum 2 years of Maintenance Engineering experience.
- Electrical bias with a strong understanding of electrical circuitry.
- Ability to read and interpret technical engineering drawings.
- Bench fitting, machining and fabrication experience.
- Conversant with hydraulic and mechanical equipment.
- Good communication skills.

Salary: £35,000 per annum plus overtimeLocation: RushdenType of Contract: Permanent Hours: Monday – Thursday 7:30am – 5:00pm, Friday 7:30am – 11:00am
