We are looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive school community. You will work closely with teachers and other professionals to provide tailored support to students with a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

? Supporting students on a 1:1 basis or in small groups? Assisting with classroom activities and adapting learning materials? Encouraging independence and boosting confidence? Helping to manage challenging behavior in a positive way? Working closely with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for students

What We're Looking For:

?? Experience working with children, ideally in an SEN setting?? A patient, caring, and adaptable approach?? Strong communication and teamwork skills?? A commitment to safeguarding and student welfare?? Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, Teaching Assistant qualification) - desirable but not essential
