Supply Chain Co-ordinator required for a local company based near Wellingborough.Role Objective:This position requires a unique individual who can work alone and alongside a team of people, responsible for the day to day communication with our existing channel partners and third parties but also looking for the companies next opportunity.It requires the job holder to co-ordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure Our Client is always one step ahead of their competitors.They will require strong communications and relationship building skills with a can do attitude within the often challenging world of our Clients business.Key Areas of Responsibility:• Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, and work closely with them to achieve mutual goals• Oversee support and training to our Client to ensure success• Identify and onboard new channel partners• Collaborate with all the teams to align their requirements with support available• Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on competitors and market conditions• Ongoing review of annual spend to achieve rebates, channel partner budgets and forecasts• Develop and implement channel partner programs, such as training, marketing, and incentives• Measure and report on the performance of channel partners, using metrics such as sales and revenue• Identify and resolve conflicts and challenges within the channel partners/suppliers• To provide support and guidance to out Clients on product and solution offerings• Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company

The Person: Knowledge

• Previous experience of working in a busy administration department.• Purchasing experienceSkills

• Excellent Ms Office suite skills;• Ability to multitask and work to deadlines; • Good attention to detail to maintain accurate records.• Good verbal and personal communication skills.• Tolerant and flexible to different situations.• Must have the ability to multi-task in a controlled manner and being able to find material/information in a timely and efficient fashion. • Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners

The successful candidate will have a flexible approach to working hours as travel to other sites may be required to fulfil the role.Salary:Subject to experience.Holiday: 25 Days per annum, plus bank holidays (3 or 4 days to be saved for a shutdown at Christmas).
