Candidates must have a Level 5+ teaching qualification and experience or passion for SEN education, along with a creative and learner-first mindset.
The position offers a term-time only schedule, approximately 15-20 training days, and the freedom to teach in a personalized style.

Teaching small groups (5 learners + LSA)
Delivering English, Maths & Employability through creative, real-life approaches

Using the PACE model to support learners

What You’ll Need:

A Level 5+ teaching qualification (DTLLS, PGCE, QTS)
Passion or experience in SEN education
Creativity and a learner-first mindset
