Are you a motivated and dependable individual seeking a stable career in warehousing? We are looking for dedicated Warehouse Operatives to join our dynamic team in Wellingborough. In this role, you'll be responsible for packing light items, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack light items to meet daily targets.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety.
- Follow company policies and safety procedures at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors for smooth operations.
- Assist in regular stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy.
What We’re Looking For:
- Availability to work the 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM shift consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Reliability and punctuality with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively.
- Prior warehouse experience is an advantage, but not essential.
