WSR is recruiting for a MIG/TIG Welder/Fabricator for a client based in Wellingborough, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm.
The role involves manufacturing, fabricating, repairing, and servicing equipment in the piling industry, requiring proven experience in MIG and TIG welding.
Key responsibilities include preparing materials for welding, fabricating light to medium structures, and interpreting technical drawings.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience, numerical proficiency, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
The position offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience, along with potential non-targeted discretionary bonuses.

WSR are recruiting for a MIG/TIG Welder/Fabricator for our client based in WellingboroughMonday - Friday 7am -5pm.

Join a well-established company in Wellingborough and become an integral part of our client’s team as an experienced MIG & TIG Welder/Fabricator. In this role, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing, fabrication, repair, and servicing of equipment within the piling industry.

MIG/TIG Welder Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cut materials for welding
Fabricate light to medium structures
Interpret and work from technical drawings
Work independently with minimal supervision, effectively managing workload

MIG/TIG Welder Required Skills/Experience:

Proven experience in MIG and TIG Welding and fabrication
Numerical proficiency
Ability to read fractions and use a tape measure
Competency in reading technical drawings
Proficient in MIG welding in both horizontal and vertical positions
Familiarity with industrial steel tooling, including horizontal band saw, drill press, grinders etc.
