Head of Fitness - Permanent - West Sussex
Salary: 28K - 30K (DOE) + Bonus
Hours: 37.5 per week (rota basis, including weekends & bank holidays)
Location: Littlehampton

The opportunity:
Our client are seeking a Head of Fitness to lead their Personal Training (PT) team, drive exceptional gym performance, and ensure members receive the best fitness experience possible. If you have a passion for leadership, fitness excellence, and creating a top-tier gym environment, this role is for you.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Manage and inspire the PT and fitness instructor team.
* Set and monitor PT targets, ensuring top-tier service.
* Organise gym challenges and recognise top-performing trainers.
* Ensure the gym is clean, well-maintained, and fully stocked.
* Build a high-performing team through training and mentorship.
* Oversee in-club communication and ensure consistency in messaging.
Requirements:
* Strong operational experience in a customer-facing environment
* People management and leadership skills
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Commercial awareness and problem-solving mindset
* Solid knowledge of the fitness industry
