Full time hours on a temporary basis
To deliver comprehensive, first-class customer service by providing information, advice, support and guidance as part of delivering the Blue Badge service
To support all Denbighshire residents to be able to meet the qualifying criteria for a Blue Badge parking permit
Answer enquiries and complaints promptly and courteously, applying excellent customer service skills and behaviours as appropriate, to the satisfaction of the enquirer.
