Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and effective biology lessons to students at various levels.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to enhance student learning and interest in biology.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Biology or a related field (required).
- Teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent).
- Previous teaching experience is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
