Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons to students across various year groups.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and learning.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in English or a related field (required).
- Teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent).
- Previous teaching experience is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
