Job description

Bramah HR is recruiting for a Senior HR Advisor to join one of our incredible clients based on the Isle of Wight. Operating 3 days a week on site this is a generalist HR Advisory role ideal for someone with strong ER experience, the ability to work independently looking after 2 sites and providing compliant and best practice HR advice to colleagues across the organisation.

Responsibilities:

- Manage ER casework independently, providing suitable resolution for both the organisation and colleagues.

- Lead on HR policy implementation and roll out for new policies to drive the HR function forward.

- Mentor and nurture HR colleagues whilst also providing day to day support.

- Provide information to senior leadership on People related management information contributing to the reporting on HR related KPI's and SLA's.

- Provide support to the HR Director on ad hoc project work

- Ensure the organisation is maintaining HR compliance across the business units and to challenge and support leadership on site to ensure this is happening.

Skills:

-Strong Employment Law knowledge and the ability to manage complex ER Casework.

- Strong Generalist experience with good knowledge of the wider HR function.

- Ability to manage stakeholders effectively to deliver on HR initiatives and drive the HR Function.

- Policy implementation experience.
