We have a great opportunity for an Assistant Planner to join our team within Vistry East London, at our Warley office with travel to sites across the region. As our Assistant Planner, you will regularly walk site to review progress and maintain the project programmes / build schedules and coordinate with all departments involved.

  • More about the Assistant Planner role...
    • Update and maintain the Build Schedules and Trackers on a weekly basis and provide narrative highlighting risks against the delivery requirements of each block/core.
    • To liaise and assist the project managers in the production of the construction, and target programmes, ensuring that the contract period and delivery forecasts are not disrupted.
    • Provide progress droplines to the client.
    • Assist in the creation of Exit Strategies to the Client prior to Handover.
    • Ensure that all revised programmes are promptly issued to the relevant departments/personnel in the company format.
    • Assist in the creation of site logistic drawings in line with the evolving build environment.
    • To attend all project meetings as required.
    • Able to manage multiple sites.
