Your new companyMy client are a leading Education establishment in Rye, offering a specialist education to both domestic and international pupils. Due to positive changes in their leadership, we are partnering exclusively with this establishment to recruit for the new, part-time role of Marketing Manager, working 3 days a week with flexibility to work from home 1-2 days per week. Your new roleAs Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the SLT to develop and sustain Marketing plans that improve the establishment's brand reputation and student recruitment. Already a well-regarded organisation, you will leverage your skills in Marketing to raise their profile and inform parents about the opportunities available at the establishment to further enhance their student recruitment efforts. You will do this through Social Media, Web and online attraction, PR and Media opportunities, Events and Open days, marketing assets, partnerships, and email campaigns. There are opportunities to bring in new ideas, assessing and improving the customer journey, and introduce new programmes to further enhance their student recruitment efforts. What you'll need to succeedWe're looking for an experienced Marketer with a generalist skill set, who is happy to operate in a standalone capacity. Your skills will include all channels from Social Media, Web Management, SEM, Email Marketing, Events & PR, and you will be comfortable both setting strategy and operating hands-on to execute your plans. Your communication and people skills will help you to liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including the SLT, Parents, Governors and Prospective Students. You will be able to commute to their establishment in Rye 1-2 days per week, and be able to commit to part-time work (3 full days per week). What you'll get in returnYou will receive a full-time equivalent salary of £45,000 annually; pro rata to £27,000.
