We're proud to be recruiting for an interesting and expanding business, in their search for a Credit Controller, to work as part of a friendly finance team in the picturesque town of Rye.

Job Title: Credit Controller

Location: Rye, East Sussex (Your own transport is required due to the location of this business). This position is office based.

Salary: 26,000 - 30,000 DOE

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5pm

Benefits: 23 days + bank holidays, Company pension scheme and healthcare scheme.

Key responsibilities:

  • Raising invoices
  • Credit control
  • Cash collection
  • Cash posting
  • Ensuring that payment terms are adhered to.
  • Resolving disputes and discrepancies
  • General office administration.
  • Ensuring that all work is carried out in line with company procedures.
  • Any other duties deemed appropriate to meet the needs of the business.Assisting with day to day tasks, including invoicing, billing and reconciliations

You'll be the ideal candidate for this role if you have the following:

  • Proven experience within a Credit Control/Accounts Receivable position.
  • Proficiency in Accounting software.
  • Confidence and persistence when dealing with customers and suppliers.
