The ideal Senior Sous Chef will have the opportunity to join a growing, ambitious business, withfurtherexpansioninthepipeline, and the right candidate will have huge potential for progression.
We are open seven days a week for dinner only and at lunch on weekends.
Reporting directly to the Exec Head Chef you will have a deep understanding of seasonal, particularly British food and have a passion to prepare,cook and present delicious plates of food,in the Grand European tradition,using the very best ingredients, particularly British.

The ideal Senior Sous Chef is someone with:
Experience in managingtheteamandtakingresponsibilityforallday-to-day due diligence
Experienceworkinginbusy and fine diningkitchenswhereeveryoneisfocusedondelivering memorable plates of food in a collaborative and helpful environment
Someone that is able and willing to take instruction and learn from both the Exec Chef and others around him/her
Confident in managing stocks, budgets, and financialtargets
Organized and detail-focused, with a passion for training andmentoring
Honest and open with a thirst to learn, particularly in areas where knowledge is below par
