Job Title: Sales Account Manager

Location: Rye, East Sussex, office based (Your own transport is required due to the location of this business)

Salary: 30k - 35k DOE + Bonus based on individual and company performance (Up to 10k+, paid quarterly)

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5pm

Benefits: 20 days + bank holidays, Company pension scheme and healthcare scheme.

Your main duties as a Sales Account Manager would be:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with approximately 200 accounts through effective communication
  • Understanding and promoting the company products and services
  • Developing and implementing sales plans to achieve growth (The products are in high demand)
  • Up selling and cross selling
  • Keeping up to date of industry trends and competitors
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery or products and services for continuous improvement

You'll be the ideal candidate for this role if you have the following:

  • Proven experience as a successful Sales Account Manager
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • The ability to analyse market trends and identify new business opportunities
  • Self motivated and results driven
