Specialising in masonry repairs, steelwork installations and repairs, surface preparation, specialist paint application, drainage improvements, earthworks, fencing installations, pigeon mitigation, groundworks, and vegetation management.This varied role is split between the office and site visits, where you will manage project costs through comprehensive planning, detailed estimates, and feasibility studies, ensuring budgets are adhered to throughout the project. including preparing and reviewing tender documents, managing variations, and negotiating final accounts with contractors and clients in a cost-effective manner.This role is ideal for a Quantity Surveyor or Estimator with a background in the rail, construction, fabrication, or steelworks industries, or similar, who is looking to upskill with a family-run company.The Role

• Develop and manage project cost plans, estimates, and budgets
• Oversee tender and contract documentation
• Liaise with clients and project teams

• Commutable to Rye
• Full UK driving license
