We are looking for a Aircraft Mechanic to join an aviation company near Saffron Walden. If you are interested in working with a leading aerospace firm and have experience with mechanical and electrical engineering then please apply, especially if you have aerospace experience.
The company repair and restore aircraft components as well as having an extensive research department. Starting salary will be up to 38,000 depending on experience. Working hours are 08:00-17:00 Monday to Friday.
Duties will include:
- Review and assess aircraft components
- Repairing components such as seating, control units, exhausts and more
- Fault finding and inspection
- Writing up inspection reports
- Work with a variety of technical aircraft publications

You will need to have an engineering qualification to be considered for this role, as well as having a mechanical background. You will ideally have experience with IAW technical publications or similar.
Candidates from other mechanical backgrounds will be considered however aerospace background is preferable.
