TELESALES EXEC OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telemarketer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to existing and potential clients, promoting our products and services, and generating leads. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, with the ability to engage customers effectively over the phone.

TELESALES EXEC Duties

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
  • Utilise CRM software to manage customer interactions and track sales progress.
  • Effectively communicate product benefits and features to prospective clients
  • Maintain accurate records of calls made, customer interactions, and follow-up actions required.
  • Build rapport with customers to foster long-term relationships and encourage repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving outreach and conversion rates.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.

TELESALES EXEC Skills

  • Proven experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM software is advantageous.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
  • Excellent listening skills to understand customer needs and respond appropriately.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
