The Client Relationship Manager Role:As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for multiple clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You'll lead regular strategy sessions, ensure service satisfaction, and identify opportunities for upselling and improving client partnerships. Working closely with technical teams, you'll bridge the gap between customer requirements and service delivery. Knowledge of IT services like Microsoft 365 and IT infrastructure is advantageous.

Client Relationship Manager - Essential Skills:

  • At least 1 year of experience in account management or a similar role
  • Experience in an MSP or IT service environment is essential
  • Strong communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to manage and deliver services to multiple clients simultaneously
  • Hands-on experience with IT service management tools is desirable
