We are seeking an experienced and proactive Interim Marketing Manager to lead our clients marketing function on a standalone basis for a 6-month period. This role offers a unique opportunity for a dynamic marketing professional to shape the strategic direction of their marketing efforts and drive impactful initiatives that align with the business goals. The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach, working closely with senior leadership to develop a robust marketing strategy and deliver key projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Planning: Develop a comprehensive five-year marketing strategy, including detailed planning and cost projections, to support long-term business growth.
Strategic Business Input: Work in close collaboration with the senior leadership team to align marketing efforts with broader business objectives, providing insights and recommendations on strategic direction.
Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition: Implement targeted marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and attract new customers, ensuring measurable impact and ROI.
Exhibitions & Trade Shows: Plan, develop, and execute all marketing collateral and promotional materials for exhibitions and trade shows, ensuring strong brand visibility and engagement.
Website Optimization & Digital Presence: Assess and recommend improvements for the companies website, enhancing user experience, SEO performance, and content effectiveness to maximize online engagement.
Brand Positioning & Messaging: Ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging across all marketing channels, maintaining a strong and differentiated market presence.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing regular updates and insights to senior management on campaign effectiveness and key outcomes.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in a mid-to-senior level marketing role, ideally within a B2B or technology-driven industry.
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to create and execute a long-term marketing roadmap.
Hands-on experience in lead generation, campaign management, and digital marketing.
Ability to work autonomously in a standalone capacity while effectively engaging stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in organizing trade shows, events, and exhibitions, with strong attention to detail in collateral development.
Proficiency in website management, content strategy, and SEO best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
