Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Near Saffron Walden
Salary: Circa £26,000
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Our client based in the Saffron Walden area is looking for Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
As Customer Service Advisor your duties will include:
- Reception duties - meeting & greeting customers
- Dealing with any customer enquiries, making bookings
- Order processing, raising invoices
- Taking payments
- Any other administration duties required.
An ideal candidate for the Customer Service Advisor will have:
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Computer literacy
- Smart appearence
- Marketing & Automotive experienece (advantageous).
