CREM Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a Sales Support Administrator to work alongside the Sales and New Business function for a small and growing business in the Saffron Walden area (CB10).
The Sales Support Administrator will take responsibility for:
- Progressing quotations by calling customers
- Providing feedback & market intelligence
- Ensuring website orders are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensuring customers are contacted and advised of delivery times
- Liaising with customers on delays and logistical issues
About you:
- Demonstrable experience working in a sales or customer service environment
- Comfortable dealing with customer queries both written and verbal
- Happy to work autonomously within a team environment.
- Organised and methodical
- Proficient at using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook)
- Very good at record keeping, updating notes and the contact system
