Role Overview

Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for leading financial planning and analysis activities, providing key insights and recommendations to drive financial performance and strategy as the development's growth plans take shape.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with finance and business stakeholders to provide accurate financial forecasts, budgeting, cashflow and performance tracking.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process and delivery of quarterly reforecast.
  • Own the Group Business Plan model.
  • Manage reporting and support on analysis associated with the Expansion Development.
  • Build consistent FP+A processes for reporting and modelling.
  • Manage the FP&A activities, providing insightful analysis and trend forecasts to support management decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to assist in strategic planning and evaluation.
  • Assess, monitor, and interpret KPIs / metrics to ensure financial performance targets are met.

Qualifications

  • Professional accountant qualification (ACCA/ACA/CIMA)with 3-4 years PQE.
  • Property experience is essential.
  • Demonstrable experience in FP+A.
  • Excellent modelling skills with experience of building and working with analytical tools.
  • Strong communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Enthusiastic, curious, and results driven.
  • Passionate about problem-solving with a logical and collaborative approach.
