Saffron Walden Golf Club, the top-rated golf course in Cambridgeshire, is looking for a friendly and motivated Front of House Supervisor to join our Bar & Catering team! With over 1,000 members, we offer freshly prepared, high-quality food in a welcoming atmosphere.

As the Front of House Supervisor, you'll support and deputise for the Bar and Catering Manager, ensuring our bar, kitchen, and restaurant run smoothly while delivering top-tier service to members and visitors.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in bar or catering industries with leadership skills
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Supervisory experience is a plus
  • Strong team management and problem-solving abilities

What You'll Do:

  • Supervise daily operations and staff across bar, kitchen, and restaurant
  • Ensure high standards of service and presentation
  • Assist in coordinating functions and events
  • Cashing up
  • Locking up and opening up
  • Manage rotas and inventory alongside the Bar and Catering Manager
  • Handle customer queries and feedback with a smile
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food regulations
