his is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the leading facilities management companies in the UK, based at one of their prestigious client's sites based in Essex.

  • 8:00 am to 5:00pm
  • 40 hours a week
  • Essex, England
  • £44,000 Plus Fully Expensed Van

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conducting routine PPM, Reactive and Emergency tasks.
  • Diagnose and repair faults on HVAC systems and appliances.
  • Undertake all facets of maintenance and installation requirements in line with contractual obligations.
  • Complete all relevant documentation accurately and timely

Ideal Candidate:

  • NVQ / City & Guilds Level 2 or Equivalent HVAC / AC qualification(s)
  • F-Gas/ODS Regulations certification
  • A good understanding of Health & Safety legislation and building Statutory Compliance
  • Full UK Driving Licence
