Plumbing & Heating Salesperson
Are you an experienced Plumbing & Heating Salesperson looking for your next opportunity? We're working with a well-established and growing business in Saffron Walden that's seeking a motivated individual to join their trade counter / internal sales team.
In this role, you'll play a key part in building strong relationships with customers and suppliers while driving sales and branch profitability. Working as part of a dedicated team, you'll deliver excellent customer service and ensure the branch runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serving customers both over the trade counter and on the phone
- Providing quotes, following up on enquiries, and developing internal sales leads
- Completing relevant paperwork and administrative tasks efficiently
- Keeping your product knowledge up to date to advise customers effectively
- Maintaining product displays and ensuring the shop area is well-stocked and appealing
What We're Looking For:
- Previous trade counter / internal sales experience in a similar industry or a good knowledge of plumbing & heating products would be highly beneficial
- Strong communication skills with a proactive and customer-focused attitude
- A team player with a positive approach to problem-solving
