First Line Technical Support

Due to increased growth, we're looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious engineer to join our 1st-line help desk team. You're role will be to engage with customers on their day-to-day IT support needs via phone, email and tickets.

We are looking for someone with a solid foundation of IT knowledge, with experience and understanding working on a helpdesk, this should also include:

  • Ticket systems and data entry

  • Monitoring systems and remote access

  • Good verbal and written communication skills with a customer focused attitude.

  • PC/Laptop hardware and the ability to identify different components and replace them.

  • Good Microsoft 365 knowledge, including Active Directory, Office, Exchange and Azure

  • Windows operating systems, how to install them and how to troubleshoot most issues.

  • Basic Server and Infrastructure knowledge

  • Networking and network hardware.

  • At least 1 year of experience working on a helpdesk.

  • Full UK driving license and use of a car when required preferable.
