Job title: Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
Location: Static site in Safron Walden
Terms: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Salary/rate: Salary is paying up to 44,500 Per annum.

- NVQ or City & Guilds in Mechancial Engineering or Plumbing

About the company: I am working with a leading facilities maintenance company growing rapidly who operate in the Building Services Industry, offering great careers for progression. Our client has roughly 500 clients that they work closely with meaning loads of new opportunities coming up and room for progression within.
About the role: We are looking to take on board a mechanical engineer to be based on a pharmaceuticasite in Safron Walden. You will be part of a large team completing maintenance across the site. The site offers free parking along with plenty of overtime.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor mechanical plant
- Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
- Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Units (Filter changes, cleaning)
- Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
- Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers etc
- Monitor the BMS systems.
- Basic electrical duties (Lamp changes etc)
- General building fabric
- Escort specialist subcontractors
