The Opportunity:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join their team. This is the perfect opportunity for a career Administrator who is looking for a varied and interesting position at a company where they will be truly valued and their voice will be heard

The role:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to IFAs.
  • Manage client documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate client meetings and prepare necessary materials.
  • Maintain and update client records and databases.
  • Liaise with clients and providers to facilitate smooth communication and service delivery.

About You:

  • You have experience as in a IFA Administrator role and a strong understanding of financial planning processes.
  • Strong Organisational Skills
  • Attention to detail
