Facilities Management Administrator (interim)

South Manchester

£22,000 per annum

Our client, an independent not-for-profit organisation, is seeking to appoint a Facilities Management Administrator to join their team based in South Manchester on an interim basis. This role will provide administrative and postal support to the business within the Facilities team.

Reporting to the FM Manager, duties will include:

  • Overseeing the daily operations of the post room, ensuring all incoming mail is promptly opened, sorted, and scanned to the appropriate teams or stakeholders.
  • Assisting various teams with printing and mailing tasks, including single letters, housing packs, and mail merges, while maintaining accuracy and GDPR compliance.
  • Ensuring the efficient processing and dispatch of outgoing correspondence, upholding data protection standards.
  • Handling the processing and return of original documents in a timely and secure manner.

Skills and experience required:

  • Proven experience in administration within fast-paced work environments.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team and engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly organised with excellent planning skills, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
