New Business Pensions Administrator

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

What You'll Do:
As a vital member of our team, you will:
- Manage day-to-day SIPP administration tasks with diligence and care.
- Process new business applications from start to finish.
- Handle transfers and investment applications seamlessly.
- Ensure timely payments to investment providers and financial advisers.
- Process investment withdrawals accurately and on schedule.
- Complete various servicing processes, including LOAs, FSCS claims, and DSARs.
- Communicate promptly with advisers and members regarding any issues.
- Track all requests until completion, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
- Collaborate on projects within the administration department.
- Occasionally oversee other aspects of SIPP and SSAS workloads.
- Build strong relationships with advisers and clients, providing top-notch communication and service.
- Share your expertise and support newer team members.
- Uphold compliance with Service Level Agreements.
- Contribute to maintaining high-quality assurance standards.
- Embed risk management practises in all your work.
- Resolve complaints effectively and professionally.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
1. Strong SIPP knowledge and experience.2. A proactive approach to contributing to our group's success.3. Exceptional attention to detail, even under pressure.4. Confidence to ask questions and seek clarity when needed.5. Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.7. Positive and fluent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external interactions.8. Strong numerical and customer service skills.9. Understanding of SIPP rules and ability to perform complex calculations.10. Familiarity with investment transactions, including non-standard investments.11. A willingness to learn and adapt to new skills and processes.
