They are seeking an ambitious and talented Head Chef to lead the kitchen team for this new location. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire the kitchen team to deliver high-quality, freshly prepared dishes for the new venue.
- Play a key role in the launch, setting up the kitchen operations and developing opening menus.
- Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards, maintaining consistency and quality from the very first service.
- Manage food inventory, ordering, and waste to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Oversee health, safety, and hygiene practices, ensuring full compliance with all regulations.
- Collaborate with management to ensure a smooth opening and ongoing exceptional customer experiences.
What Were Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Head Chef, ideally with experience in new openings.
- Passion for creating innovative, high-quality dishes.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene standards.
