Our client, a titan in their industry, is expanding their sales team due to business growth and success. You'll earn £25,000 - £28,000 depending on experience, with uncapped commission, potentially reaching £45,000. The job is Monday to Friday with no weekends or late nights. It includes 20 days of holiday, increasing to 25 with tenure, plus 8 Bank Holidays and your birthday off annually.Our client is a top-notch organisation that's bagged some awards and specialises in offering Business Loans ranging from £50,000 to £75,000. They're famous for having a supportive work vibe and are super eager to welcome sales folks who are driven by money to help them grow even more.As a Sales Executive your responsibilities will include:
  • Speaking to SME businesses looking for a business loan
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients to increase revenue
  • Driving new business development with existing and new prospect accounts
  • Providing excellent customer service through effective account management
  • Achieving sales quotas in relation to revenue targets by maintaining high call volumes
  • Managing your sales pipeline efficiently
  • Building relationships with new and existing accounts
Package and Benefits:The Sales Executive role comes with an attractive package, including:
  • Annual salary of £25,000 - £28,000 (D.O.E)
  • Uncapped commission with OTE up to £45,000 - £50,000 (top earners achieving £4k a month in bonuses)

The Sales Executive will have:
  • Experience in an outbound sales role as a Sales Executive, Lead Generator, Sales Advisor, Loan Executive or similar
  • Sales experience within Financial Services or Insurance
  • A minimum of 12 months sales experience
