Our client is one of the country's largest social housing providers, and with a long-term commitment to maintaining and improving their housing stock in the North West, they are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Delivery Programme Lead to join their team based in Greater Manchester.  In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing complex delivery programmes, including kitchen and bathroom replacements, roof refurbishments, and door and window upgrades.  Your role will be instrumental in ensuring that projects are executed on time, within scope, and in line with company objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of Planned Maintenance Delivery programmes.
  • Define programme scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resources.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure effective communication and execution.
  • Identify risks and issues, providing solutions and mitigation plans as required.
  • Monitor programme progress and performance, reporting updates to senior stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with clients, vendors, and key stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.
  • Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Programme or Project Manager, with a strong track record of delivering complex planned maintenance programmes within the social housing sector.
  • Excellent knowledge of programme management methodologies and tools.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing environments.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
