Role Overview:
As the Pension Team Leader, you will report directly to the Administration Manager. Your primary focus will be on overseeing the administration team, enhancing business processes, and ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the administration team.
  • Continuously assess and improve business processes to boost speed, quality, and output.
  • Provide regular performance feedback through one-on-ones and appraisals.
  • Conduct engaging team meetings to share information and address concerns.
  • Prepare and maintain management reports and information essential for departmental functions.
  • Strategically plan and allocate resources to meet set goals.
  • Collaborate with the wider group team on platform development and legacy system migrations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Implement necessary process changes in response to legislative or policy updates.
  • Coach and develop team members, enhancing their technical knowledge and multi-skilling capabilities.
  • Act as an authorised signatory for payment forms and banking transactions.
