Location: Manchester - Hybrid working
Salary: 26,424 OTE (11.55 p/h)
Contract: 6-week temporary contract with potential for permanent placement
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9.30 am - 4.30 pm
What You'll Do:
- Provide outstanding customer support through email, ensuring every customer is left satisfied and valued
- Meet key quality and productivity targets that contribute to an overall high standard of customer experience
- Approach each inquiry with empathy and a customer-first mindset, aiming for swift and satisfactory resolutions
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in customer service; additional experience in admin or contact centres is a plus
- Strong communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and engage customers
- A positive, can-do attitude aligned with our team's dedication to delivering exceptional service
