I am looking for someone to lead the research into target markets, both new and existing, to drive the creation and dissemination of impactful and relevant insights aligned with business strategy, to deliver measurable marketing campaign activities, and to oversee the management and evolution of marketing data and internal communications for the organisation.

This position is within the financial services sector, so a solid understanding of the industry is essential.

• Proven ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams and external partners.

• Commercially astute - comfortable with detailed financial planning and able to analyse marketing and trend data, extract meaningful insights and make decisions.
• Strong line management skills - ability to build, develop and lead a high-performing team
