Teaching Assistant - The Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you'll be working with KS2 pupils, providing essential support across the curriculum. Your role will involve assisting the class teacher, leading small group interventions, and offering one-to-one support where needed. You'll work closely with pupils who may need extra guidance with their learning, ensuring they gain confidence and reach their full potential.
Teaching Assistant - Responsibilities:
?? Provide support to KS2 pupils, helping them stay engaged and progress in their learning?? Lead small group interventions in subjects like English, Maths, and Reading?? Assist with classroom activities, ensuring all pupils receive the attention they need?? Support children's emotional and social development, promoting a positive learning environment?? Help implement tailored learning strategies to support individual needs?? Work collaboratively with the class teacher and SENDCO to ensure pupil progress
Teaching Assistant - What We're Looking For:
?? Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school?? Passion for supporting children's learning and development?? Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff?? A reliable and committed attitude - this is a long-term role requiring full dedication??
