We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Audit & Compliance professional to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, company policies, and best practices.You will be responsible for conducting thorough audits of individual performance and operational processes, providing constructive feedback, and driving continuous improvement. This role also involves producing and maintaining process documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance across the business.Main Duties:
  • Audit & Feedback: Conduct audits of individual and team performance, providing structured feedback to support development and adherence to policies.
  • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and recommend enhancements to workflows, controls, and compliance procedures.
  • Documentation: Develop, maintain, and update process documentation, policies, and compliance records to ensure accuracy and alignment with regulations.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Monitor adherence to legal, regulatory, and internal policies, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions.
  • Investigations & Reporting: Review fraud alerts, assess compliance breaches, investigate root causes, and track resolutions.
  • Risk & Control Testing: Perform risk assessments and control testing to identify vulnerabilities and strengthen internal processes.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience in auditing individuals and processes within a compliance-focused environment.
  • Strong ability to provide clear, actionable feedback to support continuous improvement.
  • Excellent documentation skills, with experience in creating and maintaining process and compliance records.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex regulations.
