Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:45am to 17:30

About the Role

We are delighted to be representing a rapidly growing property business in Sale, Manchester, seeking a skilled and motivated Finance Manager to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced finance professional to take on a key role within a successful property organisation that specialises in the Build to Rent market and has a thriving Estate Agency division.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role, a strong understanding of financial reporting and account management, and the ability to lead and develop a small team. As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of client accounts and ensuring all financial processes run smoothly and efficiently.

 

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and review financial reports for client accounts

- Analyse large datasets and investigate variances

- Perform account reconciliations across various platforms

- Maintain strong relationships with contractors and act as their main point of contact

- Supervise, mentor, and support the finance team

- Lead client account audits and ensure compliance

- Continuously review and improve financial processes and procedures

- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial information

- Provide support to the wider team with ad-hoc tasks as needed

- Strong in leadership, with the ability to motivate and guide a team

- Highly proficient in IT and Excel
