Venom IT is recruiting a highly motivated IT Sales Executive with at least 1 year of sales experience to join this highly successful, well-established and fast-growing UK-based MSP IT solutions company based in Cheshire, on a full-time basis.

Our key products include cloud, server, desktop and application support. The company has many prestigious partners and has worked with several established enterprises.

You will report directly to the Sales Manager and work Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm with an hour for lunch.

This role offers excellent earning potential with uncapped commission along with tremendous opportunity to grow professionally!

About the Role

The successful candidate will generate leads using the tools provided. Working with the Sales Manager, you will create quotations and close sales for our IT services and hardware.

You will report to the Sales Manager, who brings 6+ years of Sales experience. Venom IT has 20+ years of industry experience between its Directors. You will also enjoy strong technical support.

The role requires excellent communication skills, a strong desire and determination to achieve goals, and a passion for outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be required to sell the company’s solutions and services to the private sector
  • Generating New Business leads.
  • Creating quotations
  • Closing leads
  • Relationship Management

Required Experience:

  • Proven track record in new business sales is desirable
  • You should preferably come with at least 1 year of experience in a sales role
  • Experience and proven track record within a telesales role will also be considered
  • You should preferably come from an IT/Technical Sales background although experience in Account Management backgrounds will be considered

Required Skills:

  • You must be a strong communicator and able to build a rapport with customers and be able to account manage them
  • You should have excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage your own diary
  • You should have fantastic negotiation and persuasion skills and can win new business
  • You should have the ability to prospect for your own customers
  • A drive and enthusiasm to learn within the tech industry
