Key Care & Support are looking for a dynamic and driven Staffing Coordinator witha strong emphasis on Business Development to join our team, focusing on the healthcare sector. This role requires an understanding of recruitment practices within the healthcare industry and a strategic mindset for business expansion. The ideal candidate will have experience in both recruitment and business development, with a proven ability to build strong relationships, drive client acquisition, and effectively match candidates to meet clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare sector, including hospitals, clinics, private practices, and other healthcare facilities.
  • Client Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to secure new healthcare clients by understanding their staffing needs and presenting tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor for their recruitment needs and workforce planning.
  • Market Research: Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving client requirements to inform sales strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in recruitment or sales, with a focus on business development in the healthcare sector.
  • Sales & Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients, candidates, and internal teams.
  • Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple clients and roles simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.
