My client is currently seeking a HR Generalist to join them on a permanent basis. The role offers a hybrid/flexible working model and an excellent benefits package.

Your new role

As an HR Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries, ensuring the smooth running of HR processes. You will provide generalist HR support to employees and managers, advising on policy, best practices, and legislation. Your responsibilities will include supporting recruitment activities, delivering induction programs, running management and colleague workshops, and managing HR data. You will also facilitate performance management and support colleagues and managers with sensitive issues, including grievances and high levels of absence.

What you will need to succeed

  • CIPD Level 5 (or working towards)
  • Generalist HR experience
  • Excellent organisational and prioritising skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of current Employment Law and effective recruitment and selection methods
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
