This position involves handling a diverse caseload of Employers' Liability (EL), Public Liability (PL), and Occupiers' Liability (OL) claims from start to finish, with a strong focus on fast-track litigation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and progress a fast-track caseload of EL, PL, and OL claims from inception to resolution.
- Handle all aspects of litigation, including pre-litigation and litigated cases.
- Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients.
- Draft legal documents, prepare for court proceedings, and negotiate settlements.
- Liaise with clients, experts, and other legal professionals.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of experience in handling EL, PL, and OL claims.
- Proven litigation experience is essential.
