Internal Sales Administrator

South Manchester

As an Internal Sales Administrator your duties will include:

  • Handle incoming quotation enquiries via email and live chat, triage before allocation to Sales Team
  • Process and send out quotes using information provided by the external sales team.
  • Follow up on outstanding quotations and update records accordingly.
  • Manage live chat enquiries, providing prompt and professional responses.
  • Liaise with customers to clarify requirements and ensure satisfaction with the quotation process.
  • Provide support to customers regarding product information, pricing, and availability.
  • Analyse internal sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare reports and present findings to the sales management team.
  • Review and verify the accuracy of information generated by internal and external sales teams.
  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks as needed.
