We are seeking a proactive and organised Facilities Lead to join our clients team in Sale. In this role you’ll ensure that the premises provide a professional atmosphere for customers, visitors and staff while maintaining a safe and compliant working environment.Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors, managing building access and overseeing incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Manage the delivery, budgets and expenses related to soft services, ensuring cost-effective delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, managing agents, suppliers and contractors to address issues and improve services.
  • Develop and implement service schedules and procedures for consistent and effective operations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections, risk assessments, and maintaining building health and safety standards.
  • Oversee site changes, including fit-outs, building improvements, emergency repairs, and office moves.
  • Maintain accurate records of FM contract obligations, planned maintenance, and lifecycle works.
  • Write, review, and implement policies and procedures relating to health and safety.
What We're Looking For
  • IOSH or NEBOSH qualification is essential.
  • Experience in facilities management, particularly in ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.
  • A collaborative approach to supplier and stakeholder management.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver cost-effective solutions.
